Both displays mean the same: the door is open. Frigidaire’s owner guide says the dishwasher has not registered a door that is successfully closed and latched.
What to do
Press the door shut firmly so that it latches.
Watch the display; the error code goes off once the door is closed and latched.
If the door refuses to close, contact service to have it checked and repaired.
