What to send when you book
A good request saves time on the visit. The more precisely you can describe the appliance, the better prepared the technician is. Please include:
- The appliance type. Refrigerator, washer, dryer, range, dishwasher or any other from the Frigidaire line, with its fuel type if it is a dryer or range (gas or electric).
- The model number. It is printed on a data label whose position depends on the appliance. On refrigerators it is usually inside on a wall or on the door frame, on dryers and washers often around the door opening, and on dishwashers on the edge of the door or inside the tub.
- The code on the display. Write it exactly as shown. You can look it up in the error code library while you wait.
- The symptom. What it does, when it started, and whether it happens every time or only sometimes.
- Photos. A clear photo of the label and, if relevant, of the display, the leak or the spot where the problem shows.
- Access details. Floor, stairs, parking, building entry rules and any condo or landlord approvals the visit requires.
Where we work
We serve San Francisco and the Bay Area, including San Mateo, Santa Clara, Marin, Alameda, Contra Costa, Napa, Sonoma and Solano counties. Check the locations directory if you are not sure your neighborhood is covered.
Hours
We take requests Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Send your details at any time and we will get back to you when the office is open.
What happens next
Once we have the details, we arrange a visit. The technician diagnoses the appliance first, then you receive a written estimate, and nothing is repaired without your approval. If you are renting, tell us whether the landlord or property manager should receive a copy of the estimate.
Before you reach out
Take a minute for the simple checks: power, breaker or GFCI, water supply valve, door or lid closing properly and any filter you can clean without tools. If the answer turns up there, you may not need a visit. If it does not, mention in your request what you tried. If there is a gas smell, leave the home and call the gas utility or 911 from outside. If there is a burning smell or sparks, turn the appliance off at the breaker.

Answers before you ask
A few common questions before service.
You submit a request with your appliance model and symptom, we confirm an appointment window, and a technician performs an on-site diagnosis. You then receive a clear estimate and decide whether to proceed before any repair begins.
Yes. We provide an upfront estimate after diagnosis. No parts are ordered or installed until you approve the work, so there are no surprise charges.
Replacement parts are selected for the exact model and confirmed with you before ordering or installation.
