San Francisco and Bay Area owners can phone (415) 319-6371 about E5C. Because the reading differs by washer, give the model number first, then the code and what you tried; Frigidaire washer repair has the wider picture.
Model compatibility: Frigidaire reuses codes across series and model years, so E5C may mean something different on another appliance or generation. Confirm this against your model’s documentation and record your full model number before acting.
